Please note: SHNA is NOT a homeowners association. It is a purely volunteer organization. There are no legally binding Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs). If you have issues or complaints about neighbors (e.g., barking dogs, construction, leaf blowers, speeders, etc.), please speak with your neighbor (most often the best first course of action), the city, or the county directly. It is not the role of the SHNA to get involved with these issues.
